Kano state set for education revolution – Prof Osinbajo

Professor Yemi  Osinbajo, vice president of Nigeria, has described Kano state as a state pushing to trigger an education revolution in the county.

Prof Osinbajo spoke during a two-day summit on Free and Compulsory Primary and Secondary in the state.

According to Prof. Osinbajo, who made the comment on his tweeter handle, President Muhammadu Buhari is committed to investing in human capital hence the federal government is ready to work with state government to ensure basic education development.

He commended the Kano state governor Umar Ganduje for his free education initiative. “This is why it was my pleasure to attend the two-day summit”, he said.
