Nigerians Knock Buhari For Measuring Nigeria’s Prosperity By Number Of High-Rise Building In The Country 

Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari has come under heavy attack on social media following the controversial speech he made in Kano on Monday.

The president had visited Kano State to commission some projects initiated and completed by Federal government, state government and some private business organizations.

While delivering a speech during the state banquet organised for him by the state government, president Buhari asked Nigerians to thank God for what they have.

He disclosed that the Nigerian situation is far better than other countries where it is a struggle for them to eat one square meal per day.

According to him, the number of high rise buildings he sees regularly whenever he flies Helicopter is an indication that Nigeria is doing fantastically well.

The statement which was posted on twitter by Arise News has elicited reactions from Nigerians.
