Before Now, The Conversation Was That We Don’t Have Structures, It Has Now Changed – Obi’s Supporter 

One of the conveners of Dr. Peter Obi’s Support Group, S.F Yusuf has revealed the trending conversation about the Presidential candidate of the labour party in the public.

Yusuf who featured on the Wednesday edition of Arise TV Morning Show spoke on what Peter Obi’s supporters fondly regarded as Obidient are doing to sell the candidacy of the former Anambra Governor.

The supporters have been under a heavy criticism on social media following what many people from the opposing camp tagged as unruly behaviour from them. They were accused of disrespect to the elders and whenever an argument ensues, all they do is to insult people on social media.

The Obidient group who are mostly youths are belived to be more active on social media and their party has been largely tagged as a political party with no structure to win an election.

Responding to the litany of allegations levelled against the group in the public on the live Show, Yusuf said he is not surprised to hear those things being said against them and their Candidate.

He said it was an attempt by members of other parties to tamper with psychology of the people who believe in the vision of Dr. Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed.

He said before now, the conversation on social media has always been that they don’t have structures to win election. But now they have seen the structures and what they are now saying is that we don’t have money, we are abusive and other sort of allegations.

Yusuf noted that they are not swayed by those discussion. They know what they stand for. 

Also speaking on how they intend to achieve victory at the grassroot level on election day since every election is always won at the grassroot, he said they already have the plans in place.

Everybody that is involved in the movement is making a sacrife to ensure a new Nigeria emerges in 2023. And the people who are helpless and have no hope under this administration have already formed the structures they will ride on to victory in 2023.
