2023: Reject APC, PDP, Vote Parties With Fresh Ideas- Sowore Tells Nigerians

Presidential candidate of African Action Congress, AAC, and publisher of Sahara Reporter, Omoyele Sowore has told Nigerians to reject the two major political parties, APC and PDP in the forthcoming general election.

The human right activists noted that the two parties are responsible for bringing Nigeria to where it is today and voting for them in 2023 will amount to another 8 years of disasters for the country.

Speaking to journalists at the Akure Airport, shortly after arriving in Ondo State, amid a resounding welcome from his supporters, the renowned activist reiterated that those currently ruling the county have failed to perform well despite their initial promises.

He added that Nigerians have suffered enough in the lacklustre kind of leadership of both the PDP and the APC that have held the country back in the last 16 years.

According to him, Nigerians most especially the youths need to challenge those seeking political power in the country ahead of the next year’s general election.

He said”, This is the right time to challenge those in power and bring those with fresh blood, ideas, and initiatives that can change the narratives for Nigeria.

“Both APC and PDP are yet to have a candidate and they would never have a candidate that would be acceptable to Nigerians. The end of both parties has come.

“The time to do for the people has arrived. The time for the nation to work for the Nigerian people has also arrived.” Sowore noted.
