Video Of Nollywood Star, Saidi Balogun Praising Remi Tinubu After Returning To Nigeria Trends
Nollywood Actor, Saidi Balogun has stirred the hornets nest following his decision to sing the Praise of wife of Nigeria’s president-elect, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.
Tinubu and his wife returned to Nigeria from Europe on Monday after weeks of being away from the country for a rest.
The former governor of Lagos who left the country over a month ago disclosed through his media aides that he was going to rest in France and do a medical check up in London. He revealed he would also attend a Lesser Hajj during the Ramadan period.
However, his long stay outside the country triggered controversies in the media as it was rumoured that Tinubu was in critical condition in the hospital.
His arrival to the country however doused the tension and confirmed that the former governor of Lagos is indeed, hale and hearty.
In a video posted on his Twitter handle, Saidi Balogun was seen singing Tinubu’s political mantra, “on your mandate we shall stand,” alongside other people inside the hall where loyalists gathered to receive the former governor of Lagos and his wife.
In the process, the veteran actor was praising Remi Tinubu saying she is a woman that makes the impossible possible.
Saidi Balogun tried to capture the senator in his video but not much could be achieved with that, due to the distant between him and the incoming Nigerian first lady.
His action has however been generating mixed reactions from his followers
