G2O Summit: President Tinubu Receives Briefs From Ministers.

President Bola Tinubu has received comprehensive Foreign Policy & Economic Intelligence briefings from the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Industry, Trade & Investment ahead of the G20 summit which is to begin on Saturday the 9th September 2023 in India.

This was disclosed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale in a post on his online X handle on Friday.

He says despite Nigeria not being a member of the G20, the president Assures Nigerians, the outcomes of the meetings are expected to have wide-ranging consequences for the West African nation.

President Tinubu has been in India for four days and has embarked on an aggressive drive to woo investors.

So far, the president has attracted a monumental 3billion dollar investment deal in iron ore processing and steel development in Nigeria.

The investment commitment was secured after an extensive discussion with the management of Jindal Steel and Power Development on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Delhi, India.
