Exclusive: K.O.K to be called to the Nigerian Bar
By Samuel Onyekwere
Come January 2020, veteran actor, Kanayo O. kanayo, will have
the appendage, “Barrister”, attached to his name.
The actor exclusively told Roving Naija.com that he is currently at the Nigerian Law School, few months after he bagged an LLB in Law, from the University of Abuja.
This development may have thrown more light on why his face has not been regular
on the screens these days. He will join the likes of Femi Adebayo,
Richard Mofe Damijo and Kenneth Okonkwo who are popular actors and
trained lawyers.
K.O.K started his
acting career in Enugu, and has
since blossomed to be one of the most consistent
faces in the industry.
He has starred in over 100 movies.
The popular actor came to limelight in the popular Igbo movie, Living in Bondage. Becoming a lawyer may be part of his drive to achieve his political dream. You will recall that in 2018, the actor announced his intention to run for the House of Representatives in Ahiazu/Ezinihitte, Mbaise Federal Constituency.
