Why I Didn’t Release 2023 Prophecies About Nigeria? Pastor Adeboye Opens Up

The general overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adoboye has explained reason he decided to withhold his 2023 prophecies about Nigeria.

The clergyman made the statement while delivering his sermon during the annual thanksgiving service at the church headquarters in Ebuta Meta on Sunday January 1st, 2023.

Recall that the man of God has been consistent in releasing prophecies about Nigeria every first day of the year. It is therefore not surprising while many Nigerians waited with baited breath to hear what God has for the African Giant especially in this election year.

Daddy GO as fondly called had earlier issued some prophecies about individuals and the church of God during his ministration at the cross over service held in Redemption Camp on Saturday.

According to him, after he had released  the prophecies, someone who was closed to him on the altar reminded him that he has not said anything about Nigeria.

Responding to the statement, Pastor Adeboye reminded the fellow that in Ghana, the government passed a law that any pastor who gives negative 2023 prophecies about the country will be arrsted and prosecuted.

He noted that Ghana might not be Nigeria but they are close neighbors. In his proverbial statement, Pastor Adeboye said an elder who enters the town and is not disgraced simply knows his bound in that town.

He however hinted that that there will be wonders in year 2023. The wonders will be in two categories, positive and negative wonders.

He therefore advised those who are yet to surrender their lives to Christ to quickly do so before the wonders begin to manifest in Nigeria.
