The Bring Back Our Girls Heroine and Youth Influencer, Aisha Yesufu has emerged as overall winner of a poll ‘Most Influential Young Nigerian, by beating the likes of Tiwa Savage and Chimamanda Adichie among others.

7000 youths had answered the poll question, ‘who is the most influential young Nigerian right now?’ Aisha Yesufu beat the likes of Feyikemi Abudu, Tiwa Savage, Odunayo Eweniyi, and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie to emerge winner of the poll.

Nigeria Entertainment Today (NET), the poll organizer said the poll is aimed at predicting what direction and shape Nigeria’s political leadership could take after the EndSARS protests. “We published a series of online surveys polling 7,000 young Nigerians,” said NET.

Responses from a recent poll of 7000 youths suggest that young Nigerians trust Pastor Sam Adeyemi, former governor of Anambra state Peter Obi, and Oby Ezekwesili to bridge the generational gap between the youths and political leaders.

The poll also felt the pulse of the youths concerning their likely choice for presidency, with Folarin Falana @falzthebahdguy topping the list.NET said, “We evaluated the political implications of the two-week #EndSARS protests by conducting a poll asking young Nigerians their likely choice for president in 2023.
