2023: Online Voting Polls Put Peter Obi Ahead Of Tinubu, Atiku, Kwakwanso With 21 Percentage

An online polls conducted recently, has placed the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Dr Peter Obi ahead of other contestants who are in the race for 2023.

According to Premium Times which identified the organizer of the online poll as NOI, the poll was commissioned by AMP Foundation and conducted this month of September. 

It was conducted among the leading presidential candidates which include Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress, Atiku Abubakar of People’s Democratic Party, Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigerian People’s Party and Peter Obi of Labour Party. 

Kwakwanso who is the former governor of Kano State came fourth in the poll and he was described as a “dark horse.”

The result was said to have shown a significant lead for Mr Peter Obi with 21% of voters proposing to vote for him if the presidential elections were to be conducted today. 

13 percent of Voters are proposing to vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who are both tied in second place. 

Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso came a distant fourth with 3% of voters proposing to vote for him. 

This was contained in a statement by ANAP foundation while announcing the result of the poll.

Nigeria will hold presidential elections in February 2023 with campaigns set to start at the end of September.
