Ekiti State governor, Biodun Oyebanji has sparked reactions over the manner he greeted the legal luminary and founder of Afe Babalola University, Chief Afe Babalola.

The octogenarian had invited the governor as a guest to the school event recently held on campus.

During his arrival, Governor Oyebanji went straight to his host and prostrated while greeting him. In response to the show, the educationist warmly received and led him to his seat .

The move by the governor elicited mixed reactions as many described him as a respectful and responsible governor who demonstrated the ethos of “Omoluabi”, a well trained Yoruba son.
