Semi Ajayi and his West Brom teammates have been relegated from the Premier League after losing 3-1 to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday night.
The Baggies are condemned to life in the Championship even with three games left to be played.
Sunday’s defeat was West Brom’s 19th of the season and means they will be playing their football in the lower ranks next season.
The goals that condemned the Baggies to relegation were scored by Emile Smith Rowe in the 29th minute.
Nicolas Pepe added the second with a stunning strike six minutes later before added another late in the game.
This is the first time that Sam Allardyce’s side will go down from the EPL.
With Sheffield United earlier confirmed out of the top flight, there’s now one more team to be demoted.
