Boko Haram strikes again, kills 24 persons in Adamawa

About 24 persons are feared killed when gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram Terrorists attacked Dabna, a farming community located three kilometres away from Graha in Adamawa State.

According to reports the community came under heavy gun fire in the early hours of Wednesday.

The invaders set houses and shops on fire and consistently fired shots.

Witnesses say residents took refuge in the bushes just as the gunmen invaded a neighbouring community. The incident was reported to have lasted into noon as the gun men operated unhindered.

According to military sources a joint security task force comprising of the Army, Airforce, and the Police, have been drafted to the embattled communities.
