Iroko TV Boss Laments Sudden Disappearance of Traffic In Lagos And Its Economic Implications

Founder and Chairman of Iroko TV, Jason Njoku, has lamented the lack of traffic in Lagos state and its implication on businesses.

In a series of tweets shared on his handle, Njoku said he arrived Lagos state on Tuesday and was shocked to see the absence of cars on the road. He said that he can only imagine the economic devastation occurring on an individual basis.

‘’Where did all the cars go? How does that normalize? What is the new normal?” he asked.

He added that everywhere is empty and that the lack of traffic shows that consumption has definitely collapsed.
