Video: Primary School Children Sing National Anthem In Flooded Lagos School

A shocking video showing students of a Nigerian School reciting the National Anthem in a flooded School environment has emerged online.

RovingNaija reports that the undated video, shows a cross section of pupils, likely in primary school, rendering the National Anthems and Pledge in an unnamed school while submerged in dirty water covering up to their shin bones.

The video also shows that some school officials stood on higher platforms while the innocent student were left to go the whole hog in the dirty water at the risk of infection.

RovingNaija is yet to ascertain the motive behind the inhuman treatment meted out to the students.

A closer check reveals that the School is a low cost private School located in Makoko, area in Lagos State, the land of aquatic splendor.

This development may call to question the credibility of the avowed mantra of #ForAGreaterLagos, if students in the #CentreForExcellence could be subjected to such inhuman treatment in the name of schooling while the government looked the other way.
