TOYIN ABRAHAM “PEPPERS THEM” AT REMEMBERANCE OF IYABO OJO’S MOM

Gift presentations and sharing of souvenirs is very common in Nigerian parties especially at those dubbed “Owambe,” usually organised by the Yoruba tribe in the South-west of the country.

This act of generosity and open display of solidarity did not go unnoticed at the remembrance ceremony of Nollywood actress iyabo Ojo’s late mother.

Iyabo Ojo hosted friends, family and colleagues to a party over the weekend as she celebrated her late mum’s remembrance in style.

At the event, fellow Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham took souvenir sharing to a whole new level:

She came with a truck loaded with pepper as gifts for the guests at the event.

Her uncommon display of generosity and keen understanding of stomach infrastructure especially at these austere times when the prices of foodstuff and household items has hit the roofs, caught many unawares.

This display of uncommon foresight has since gone viral, as videos of the neatly arranged bags of pepper are all over the social media space.

Iyabo Ojo lost her mother, Mrs. Victoria Olubunmi Fetuga, in 2020.
