The FCT High Court on Thursday has granted the request of the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, to travel out of Abuja.
Emefiele appeared in court today (Thursday) to seek a variation of his bail conditions and upon hearing of the matter the court said Emefiele must remain in the country.
Meanwhile In a related development, the Federal Government has amended its charges against Emefiele From 6 To 20.
Charges against him include:
Criminal Breach Of Trust
Forgery
Conspiracy To Commit Forgery
Procurement Fraud
Conspiracy To Commit Felony amongst others.
