An Igboman Will Become President if Atiku Wins The 2023 Presidential Election – Dokpesi

A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Raymond Dokpesi has urged Ndigbo in the Southeast to support a former vice president of the country, Atiku Abubakar in his 2023 presidential ambition.

Dr. Dokpesi, the Founding Chairman of DAAR Communications, operators of AIT and Raypower FM stations, said this on Monday in Umuahia, while addressing the leadership of Abia PDP on the suitability of the candidature of Mr. Abubakar.

According to him, Atiku Abubakar’s victory at the polls will pave the way for a candidate of Igbo extraction to become his (Atiku’s) successor.

He also added that it is pertinent for the PDP flag bearer to come from the North in order for the zone to complete it’s remaining term.

In response, the Abia PDP chairman, Allwell Asiforo, said the chapter would take the message home and make its position known at the appropriate time
