JUST IN: Aregbe’s supporters protest at Osun police headquarters, demand CP’s removal

Some residents of Osun State believed to be supporters of Interior Minister, Rauf Aregbesola, on Wednesday stormed the Police Command headquarters in Osogbo, protesting alleged bias of the operatives against the group.

The protesters led by Rasaq Salinsile, the chairman of Aregbesola’s faction, carried placards with different inscriptions.

They accused the Commissioner of Police, Wale Olokode, of supporting the governor, Adegboyeg Oyetola.

They also requested that the CP be replaced.
