Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere,The General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry, OPM has offered an automatic ticket to the seven siblings of Deborah Samuel, the 200- level student of Shehu Sagari College of Education, Sokoto who was gruesomely killed on Thursday.
Her death has continued to generate massive outrage across the country leading to riots, burning of houses, churches and declaration of curfew by the Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal.
While speaking with newsmen on Sunday, the bereaved Deborah’s mother, Aileri Emmanuel said she doesn’t want anything from the government but one thing she knows is that non of her children will go to school again.
She said this due to the tragic way in which her daughter was killed. She noted that she and her husband suffered a lot to send Deborah to school but unfortunately, this is what they got in return.
Reacting to the development on social media on Monday Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere said he was saddened with the development and rebuked it that the remaining children will not go to school because of the in incident.
He wrote: “Anyone with their contacts should inform them immediately that I Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere the General Overseas of OPM Church is relocating them to Port Harcourt.
“They would be staying in one of the OPM free estates where they will never pay rent forever.
“All their children are given automatic scholarships in OPM Free schools.
“I will get the father a job and I also open a shop for the mother.
“Please get in touch with them immediately.”
Chinyere had earlier in March offered school scholarships to two security personnel who were sacked after being seen dancing during work hours in a viral video.
The security guards, known as The Happy Boys, have since travelled out of the country for studies.
