Ayu Met PDP In The City Of Sodom & Tried His Best To Lead It To Dessert Of Gomorrah- Ex-Kaduna Lawmaker

Former Senator who represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District at the 8th Assembly, Shehu Sani has reacted to the lingering crisis in the opposition People’s Democratic Party.

PDP has been enmeshed in internal wrangling since the conclusion of the Party’s presidential primary that produced Atiku Abubakar as the flagbearer.

Rather than coming out of its many challenges, the party keeps getting deeper into trouble which consequently engendered its failure at the just concluded general elections.

Despite losing the presidential election, the party’s woe still persists.

The latest of the crisis bedeviling the party is the suspension of its National Chairman, Senator Iyorchia Ayu by the National Executive Council.

This followed the initial suspension by the ex-Chairman’s ward in Gboko Local government area of Benue State. He was suspended on Sunday for Anti party activities, non payment of monthly dues and failure to vote during the March 18 elections.

While responding to the myriad of challenges confronting the party, Shehu Sani, who was the governorship aspirant of the party in Kaduna State, recounted how the embattled chairman met the PDP and how he left it now.

He said: “Ayu met PDP in the city of Sodom and tried his best to lead it to dessert of Gomorrah.”

The former Senator made this known on his verified twitter handle on Wednesday.
