Rain of congratulations has engulfed the pages of all social media platforms of the popular gospel artiste, Mercy Chinwo, as her fans have expressed surprise and excitement, following the announcement of the music star’s engagement to Blessed Uzochikwa, the resident pastor at WaterBrook Church, Lekki, Lagos.

While sharing her joyous news via her Youtube channel, https://www.youtube.com/watch, the “Excess Love” singer said, “I am not just getting married to my friend but I am getting married to someone who will journey with me in my work with God.
She expressed her excitement in the video, stating that she is happy that she gets to do life with her best friend.
“I am grateful to God that this happened at the right time. For me, it is divine. I want to use this medium to encourage you out there. Trust in God, yours will definitely happen. The thoughts that He has for you are of good and not of evil to give you an expected end.
“No time is too late. God is very intentional about your life. It does not matter what anyone thinks or says, what matters is what God’s word says about you”, she added.
