A ghastly road accident has taken the life of a professor at the Department of Theatre Arts, University of Abuja, Adakole Oklobia.
Oklobia died on Monday in Abuja, a post on the University’s social media page, said on Tuesday.
It reads : “It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of Professor Adakole Oklobia of the Department of Theatre Arts. Oklobia died yesterday in a car crash in Abuja.
“The University community has lost an erudite and very friendly scholar. Our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones. We pray that God gives the family the fortitude to bear this great loss.
“Adieu great Thespian!”
