Shock & Disbelief As 3 Children Drown In Lagos Pool

Three children born of the same parent have drowned and have been confirmed dead in Lagos.

The incident occurred at a swimming pool in the estate where they reside in Ajah area, after the husband and wife had left for an event, leaving the kids at home.

It became an alarming case when residents and security personnel discovered the lifeless bodies of the deceased.

The Chief Security Officer and others rushed them to a hospital, where they were confirmed dead after which their passing was reported to the bereaved parents and later filed at the Ajah Police Station.

According to reports, the couple fainted upon arrival at the scene but were revived after some minutes.

The 3 children who are all girls are of ages 14, 7 and 3.

Police Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin tweeted about the incident on Sunday and advised people against swimming without a lifeguard present.
