JUST IN: Court clears Sepp Blatter, Michel Platini of corruption

A Swiss court has acquitted former FIFA president Sepp Blatter and ex UEFA boss Michel Platini of fraud.

Blatter and Platini, who also doubles as his vice, were both found not guilty of fraud at Switzerland’s federal court following a two-week trial.

The case is centred on a £1.6 million payment made by Blatter to Platini in 2011.
