Deliver Us, Save Us, Nigeria Must Not Go Down- Peter Obi Recounts His Prayer Points At Dunamis Church
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Dr. Peter Obi is one of the patriotic Nigerians who gathered at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre on Saturday to pray for the Country.
The Senior Pastor of the Church, Paul Enenche had led a special prayer session for Nigeria during the 2022 Mid-Year Praise tagged: Judgmental Praise which was held at the Glory Dome in Abuja.
The whole essence of the programme was to ask God to rescue Nigeria from the incessant attack by Bandits, Boko Haram and other enemies of the nation in the garb of leaders.
Pastor Enenche prayed that God should rescue Nigeria from bloodshed, killing and Kidnapping that have become a constant occurrence across the country.
While making his own prayer request, Peter Obi lamented the terrible situation of things in the country and asked God to please deliver Nigeria because this is the only country we have.
In the same vein, the former Governor of Anambra state took to his verified Twitter handle after the programme to intimate his followers his prayer points at the venue.
According to him, he used the auspicious occasion to thank God. While praying, he told God that we have no other Nation but Nigeria. Please save us.
Deliver us. Nigeria must not go down. Let your light shine upon this nation. Peter Obi tweeted after the programme.
Also making declaration from the altar were Akwa Ibom state Governor, Emmanuel Udom, wife of Delta State Governor, Mrs Okowa and Arch Bishop John Praise.
They all prayed for peace to reign in Nigeria.
