The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the date for the 2022 Beach AFCON, RovingNaija can report.
The tournament, to be hosted by Mozambique, will take place between October 21st – 30th.
Nigeria’s Super Sand Eagles will make a return to the competition this year after missing out on the last edition.
They picked the qualification ticket without kicking a ball after their opponent Libya withdrew from the qualifiers.
Other teams listed are host Mozambique, Egypt, Morocco, Malawi, Madagascar, Uganda and the defending champion Senegal.
