He Was Referring To Mama Chinnedu Who Is His Customer & He Has Proved That- Obafemi Hamzat Defends MC Oluomo

Lagos state deputy governor, Obafemi Hamzat has defended the Statement made by the Chairman, Lagos Park Management Committee, Musiliu Akinsanya fondly known as MC Oluomo.

Oluomo in a build up to the governorship and states Houses of Assembly election went viral in a video over his inciting statement.

In the video, the Motor park chairman warned Igbo residents not to come out on that election day if they know they won’t vote for the candidates of the All Progressive Congress in Lagos.

He specifically mentioned mama Chinnedu in his illustration saying she should not come out on that day to vote for the candidate of her choice.

After the video went viral, Nigerians especially Lagosians descended on him with heavy knocks and bashes, calling on security agencies to arrest him for such an inciting statement.

About 24 hours later, he made another video to set the record straight. In the latest video, MC Oluomo disclosed that the Mama Chinnedu he was referring to, is his sister and he was just using her to make a joke.

While featuring on the Tuesday edition of Channels TV Sunrise Daily, the deputy governor of Lagos, Obafemi Hamzat further confirmed what MC Oluomo said in his later video.

Asked why MC Oluomo has not been arrested despite his inciting comment in a video that went viral on social media, the Deputy governor disclosed that he was referring to Mama Chinnedu who is Oluomo’s customer and he has proved that.

He said: “MC Oluomo was referring to mama Chinnedu who is his customer and he has proved it.”

He said he cannot be arrested because of that.
