Okada Charged Me 20k- Ex-BBN Housemate Narrates How She Ended Up Taking Bike To Airport From Ikeja

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Erica has been a subject of trending discussion on social media in the last few hours following her decision to pick a bike to the Airport from Ikeja.

The reality TV star revealed this on her Instagram post recently that she had to take a bike from Ikeja to Murtala Muhammed International Airport so as to catch her flight.

According to her, she drove to Ikeja and consequently got stuck in a traffic. Left with no other option, she got down from her car and approached a commercial motorcyclist popularly known as Okada.

The Okada rider charged her a sum of 20,000 naira from Ikeja to airport. The star of the lockdown edition of Big Brother naija disclosed that she later priced down the fare charged by the Okada rider.

What however made her matter more interesting was the fact that she chose to transport herself with Okada at an axis that was restricted for Okada operations in Lagos.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos had on May 18 announced a ban on Okada in some places within the state. Ikeja is one of the places where Okada activities are restricted.

Despite the ban, Erica was still able to find her way with a bike to the airport so as not to miss her scheduled flight.
