Oby Ezekwesili Reveals What She Did To Permanently Silent Critics Of Ndi’Igbo

Former Nigerian Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili has revealed how she shut up a die-hard critic of Ndi’Igbo after severally tolerating and ignoring the person.

The Bring Back Our Girls convener was noticably active on social media since the abduction of Chibok Girls in 2014. She has since consistently maintained her stance against whatever she perceived as anti-people’s policies of the government and has been well celebrated for that by many Nigerians.

However, the former presidential hopeful appears to be receiving backlashes by some people who are believed to be ethnic bigots.

Ezekwesili, who is renowned for her no-nonsense stance on Issues revealed how she measured up to the fellow on social media when she seems to have had enough of the person.

While writing on her Facebook page on Tuesday, the former minister recounted her experience and what she did to stop the abuse.

She wrote: “A very foolish somebody was constantly making silly utterances about my ethnic group- Ndi’Igbo and I ignored.

One day, when his cup was full, all I did was stare down at him and say, “Shut up!” He did. Permanently. I have no time to waste exchanging words with foolishness.”

She revealed that the fellow has stopped making such utterances against her tribe since she shut him up.
