Jeff Bezos Knocks Nigerian -Born Professor Over Her Controversial Tweet On Queen Elizabeth’s Death

Hours after the removal of the savage tweeter message posted by Professor Uju Anya which was believed to have discreditted the late Queen of England, reactions have continued to trail the post on social media.

The latest of the reaction was the one that came from the billionaire businessman and founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos.

While the queen was under medical supervision at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, Anya, had expressed her wish for the queen to have an ‘excruciating’ death.

Aya in the tweet which had already been removed by the social media platform said Queen Elizabeth presided over the colonization of her people and till she died, she never for once tendered an apology to the African countries that were colonized by Britain.

While responding to the tweet, the Amazon founder quoted Anya’s tweet and said, “This is someone supposedly working to make the world better?”

“I don’t think so, Wow!” He said.

In her response to Jeff Bezos’ statement, Anya, a Carnegie Mellon professor defended her tweet and said: “May everyone you and your merciless greed have harmed in this world remember you as fondly as I remember my colonizers.”

Queen Elizabeth II died on Thursday at the age of 96 and after reigning for 70 years at the Buckingham Palace, United Kingdom.

Since the announcement of her death, world leaders have been paying glowing tributes to the late Monarch.

Her first son, Prince Charles has now taken over the throne as the King of England.
