Many people have been trapped in a collapsed four-storey building along Aka Road in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State on Saturday.
According to witnesses, many people were trapped in the building, which was said to be under construction when it collapsed around 7:30 pm on Saturday.
All critical rescue and security agencies were on ground and four people were rescued and taken to the Hospital.
According to residents living close to the collapsed building, the edifice was said to have been built with substandard materials and large number of people gathered at the scene of the incident discussing the matter among themselves.
