Video: As Queen Elizabeth Gets A Royal Farewell In UK, Cameroon Church Holds A Funeral Procession For Her

The late Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II has been buried after a protracted funeral rite which started early on Monday in London. 

What however remains one of the trending issues about her rite of passage was the funeral procession organised for her by an Anglican church located in Younde Cameroon.

While the main funeral rite was being observed in London according to the instructions given by the late Monarch before her death, another procession was also being carried out in Cameroon by the Orthodox church.

According to the information posted by Punch Newspaper, the participants were seen displaying the banner of the Queen as they crooned melodious hymns in honor of the departed Queen.

Queen Elizabeth, who died at the age of 96 after spending 70 years on the throne has since been buried today after a colourful nationwide procession on the street of London.

Earlier in the day, a Funeral service was conducted for her at Westminster Abbey Church as the King and Queen consort led the entire royal family and dignitaries across the world to pay their last respect to the departed female leader.

After the funeral service, her coffin was transported round London in a majestic and royal parade which gave the entire Britons the privilege to have a glimpse of the casket and bid her a final farewell.

Around 4pm, London time, a committal service was conducted at the St. Gorge’s Anglican Church which marked the last moment of the Queen on earth.
