‘Nobody has monopoly of making problems’ – Wike dares PDP to suspend him

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has challenged the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to suspend him from the party, warning that nobody has the monopoly of causing problems.

Wike said this, among other things in a media chat on Friday.

The governor has remained vocal against some party leaders following calls for the resignation of the National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu.

He recently led some leaders of the party to pull out from the presidential campaign council of the PDP, insisting that Ayu must go.

“I beg them today, they shouldn’t waste time. They should call a NEC meeting and say the Governor of Rivers State, you’re hereby suspended from the party.

“Anything you see you take. They know what I will do.

“Nobody has the monopoly of making problems.” Wike threatened.
