Forget Atiku, Peter Obi, Give Me 95% Of Your Votes- Tinubu Makes A Demand From Ekiti People

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, on Sunday demanded 95 per cent votes from Ekiti State residents at the February 2023 elections.

The former Governor of Lagos State was in the state as a guest of honour during the swearing-in ceremony of the State Governor, Abiodun Oyebanji.

Delivering a speech at the occasion, Tinubu urged the residents to forget about his counterparts from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and Labour Party candidate, Peter Obi and deliver their votes to him in the forthcoming election.

Tinubu assured the citizens of a better tomorrow, stating that if elected, his administration will take care of the people of the state including their children.

The APC chieftain charged the crowd gathered at the swearing-in to turn a blind eye to both Atiku and Obi as people they did not know.

“Another election is coming in February. They are coming. One will call himself Atiku, another will call himself Peter Obi. You don’t know them. The only person you know is Bola Ahmed Tinubu and you must deliver to me 95 per cent of the votes.

“Don’t be far away, the people that will give you a promise and keep the promise are here. We will take care of you and your children. We will give you a great future. We promise you a better Nigeria. May God Almighty continue to bless us all,” Tinubu added.
