Police Arrests Ikechukwu Ogbonna AKA IVD Over Wife’s Death

Popular Lagos businessman, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, also known as IVD, has been arrested by the police in connection with the death of his wife, Bimbo.

This was made known to the public by the Spokesman of the Lagos state police command Benjamin Hundeyin, who revealed the latest development on Monday evening, as he disclosed that IVD has been arrested contrary to claims by family and friends that he is on the run.

He added that the Lagos auto dealer has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba.

He said: “Contrary to claims by family and friends that 37-year-old Ikechukwu Ogbonna aka IVD is on the run, he has been arrested and transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Yaba.”

The couple made headlines last week when Bimbo and her husband got into a scuffle and she reportedly set herself ablaze in the process at their home in Lekki, Lagos.
