There is good news for millions of sport lovers and subscribers as MultiChoice, owners of Digital Satellite Television (DStv) have concluded arrangements to broadcast the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Cote d’Ivoire 2023 matches on its sporting channel, SuperSport.
You recall that RovingNaija Earlier reported that the company would not transmit the tournament ‘because the channel has not secured the rights to broadcast the tournament.’
But a credible source has now hinted that SuperSport will indeed show AFCON 2024 games starting from Saturday’s opener between hosts Cote d’Ivoire and Guinea Bissau.
According to the source privy to the arrangements, SuperSport rights are non-exclusive and will therefore be available on most bouquets on DSTV and GOtv
