Security agents have fired tear gas at the Lekki toll gate, to disperse those who gathered for a peaceful walk.
Protesters and civilians alike are currently fleeing the scene of the #EndSARSmemorial procession and a journalist who works for Arise TV, Oba Adeoye, was also allegedly harassed.
All efforts to reach the Spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, have so far proved abortive as at the time of filing this report as calls and text messages sent to his line were not responded to.
