Former APC Presidential Aspirant Calls For Open Support For Peter Obi, Commends Adebanjo

A former presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Charles Udeogaranya has called for more open support for the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi.

This comes as he commended the Afenifere leader, Pa Ayo Adebanjo for his open declaration of support for the Labour Party candidate.

Udeogaranya, who sought the APC presidential ticket in 2019, said the Yoruba nation has struck gold under the leadership of Adebanjo.

“The Yoruba nation has struck gold with Pa Ayo Adebanjo leadership,” he said.

He submitted that Adebanjo, by his stand has presented himself to the world as a bridge builder and unifier whose actions are worthy of emulation.

The former presidential aspirant also called on the Arewa to openly endorse Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party in the spirit of justice, equity, and fairness.

Udeogaranya said such open support will promote the idea of one Nigeria and build greater commitment towards a united country.
