Manchester United release statement on Ronaldo outburst

English Premier League club, Manchester United, have released a statement following a bombshell interview Cristiano Ronaldo granted to Piers Morgan.

Ronaldo had blasted both manager Erik ten Hag and the club.

The 37-year-old said he has no respect for Ten Hag because the manager doesn’t respect him.

He also said Manchester United has been zero since former manager Sir Alex Ferguson left in 2013.

United have now reacted in statement, saying a decision will be taken after investigation is concluded.

“Manchester United notes the media coverage regarding an interview by Cristiano Ronaldo.

“The club will consider its response after the full facts have been established.

“Our focus remains on preparing for the second half of the season and continuing the momentum, belief and togetherness being built among the players, manager, staff, and fans.”
