African Football Legend, Samuel Eto’o Physically Attacks YouTuber In Qatar
Popular Football Player and Barcelona legend, Samuel Eto’o has been caught on tape assaulting a Youtuber over an undisclosed issue.
The Cameroonian was in attendance at Brazil’s 4-1 victory over South Korea last night and While leaving Stadium 974 after the match, Eto’o who was seemingly in good spirits, taking selfies with fans, became agitated after the blogger approached him.
The youtuber appeared to have made an offensive statement at Eto’o who immediately became fired up. The 41-year-old charged at the blogger and had to be held back by several onlookers.
While the YouTuber, who has more than 60,000 subscribers, was being led away – he stopped to crouch down, just as Eto’o shook off those trying to calm him.
In a shocking scene, the former Chelsea striker ran up to the YouTuber, appearing to knee him full in the head.
The incident may be connected to an argument regarding Cameroon’s qualification for the World Cup.
It can be recalled that the Indomitable Lions booked their place in Qatar with a victory over Algeria earlier this year. Algeria were left furious with the refereeing during the second leg of the play-off – even demanding for it to be replayed.
