Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, a Nigerian filmmaker and founder of the African Movie Academy Awards is dead.
Anyiam-Osigwe reportedly died at an undisclosed hospital in Lagos State.
The film maker who was also the President of the Association of Movie Producers was reportedly in a coma before she breathed her last.
Her colleague, Obi Emelonye, confirmed her death via his Instagram account on Tuesday.
He shared her picture and wrote, “Thank you and good night dada Peace.
