UPDATE: Ondo Fed. Lawmaker Releases Another Photo Of Bullet Ridden Car After Assassination Attempt On Him

Following the alleged assassination attempt on the Federal Lawmaker representing Idanre/ Ifedore Federal Constituency, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye, the lawmaker has on Tuesday released another photo to reinterate the validity of his claim.

Adefisoye had on Monday revealed on his verified twitter account that his opponent from the People’s Democratic Party in Idanre Local government attacked him at an undisclosed location in the area and attempted to kill him.

In the twitter post, Adefisoye released pictures of his vehicle with the windscreen punctured with gun bullets.

Shortly after the post, the PDP candidate for the Federal House Representatives, Festus Akingbaso who is also from Idanre Local government area of Ondo State immediately dispelled the allegation, saying it is parochial, intentional and unusual.

Taking to his twitter account, Akingbaso foundly known as Fessy West wrote:  “The concorted assassination allegations attached to my personality by Hon Tajudeen Adefisoye of APC is parochial, intentionally and so usual.

“We are not divided here , we remain focused on victory.

“It is just advisable for him to stop his baseless and childish barbarism.”

However, Adefisoye who is popularly known as Small Alhaji dropped another bombshell on his verified twitter handle on Tuesday to prove that he was truly attacked by his opponent.

Posting a bullet ridden picture on his account, he wrote: “The bullet Is still inside the car. That is the back Seat door where I was directly sitting.”

Adefisoye and Akingbaso are currently running for the federal house of representatives to represent Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency at the lower chamber.

While Adefisoye who is the youngest lawmaker in the National Assembly is the incumbent lawmaker under the All Progressive Congress, Akingbaso is the legislator representing Idanre Local government at the Ondo state House of Assembly.

He is contesting to unseat Adefisoye in the National Assembly Election Scheduled for February.
