VIDEO: Ex-President Obasanjo Assumes Senior Prefect Position As He Organizes Old Classmates For Road Work In Abeokuta 

Former president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has embarked on a road work with old classmates in Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta on Tuesday.

In the video published online by The Nigeria Tribune, Obasanjo was seen to have assumed the position of a Senior Prefect who controls his colleagues and mete requisite punishment on anyone who fails to carry out his instructions.

The event was organised to mark the 100th anniversary of the Baptist Boys High School, one of the oldest and most  legendary high schools in the Gateway state.

The school had reportedly produced eminent Nigerians who have become highly successful in their various field of endeavors. Among them is the former president Olusegun Obasanjo. 

After his eight years in office as president, Obasanjo returned to his country home fondly known as Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta where he attends to series of issues ranging from politics, to economy and other related national and state matters.

He has also been using his time for the locals on various issues. It is on this basis the former president decided to identify with his old students colleagues in Babtist Boys High School on the occasion of the school’s 100th anniversary.

He was however the star of the road work as many people trooped out to have a glimpse of the octogenarian who assumed the position of a Senior Prefect for his Alma-matta
