If Anything Happens To Our Daughter, We Will Hold You Responsible- Ademosu’s Family Warns Akeredolu’s Wife
The family members of Bunmi Ademosu, a Special Adviser to Ondo Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu are not taking the outburst of the first lady, Betty Akeredolu against the SA with levity.
The Elemo Adedipe family has sent a serious warning to the Governor’s wife over her threat to deal with Ademosu.
Bunmi is Governor Rotimi Akeredolu’s Special Adviser on Public and Inter-Governmental Relations.
In a leaked audio, Betty accused the aide of sneaking a “concoction” to her spouse and allegedly scheming to become the deputy governor.
“I’m warning her for the very last time to stay away from my husband. I will deal with you mercilessly…you’ll never forget in your life”, she warned.
Reacting, Chairman, Elemo Adedipe Dynasty of Akure, Adedipe A.Olajide condemned the “outright threat to the life of our daughter”.
A statement he signed urged the Police and the Department of State Services (DSS) to call the governor’s wife to order.
Elder Olajide said the family would hold Betty “responsible and accountable should anything untoward happen to our daughter and/or her assets”.
The dynasty empathized with Akeredolu as “he faces this unusual emotional stress from within his household at a time he has health challenges”.
Olajide also quoted a Bible verse which says “It is better to dwell in the wilderness than with a contentious and angry woman”.
The statement, however, wished the Ondo helmsman speedy recovery “so he can finish his term”.
