If It Means Wasting My Vote, I Don’t Care, I’m Voting For Peter Obi – RCCG Pastor Opens Up

A pastor with one of the Area headquarters of the Redeemed Christian Church of God has openly declared his vote in the February 25 presidential election for the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Dr. Peter Obi.

The man of God who presided over an area headquarters located in Ojodu, Lagos revealed that he would not take a decision that would later hunt him in the future.

Speaking exclusively with RovingNaija Reporter on Saturday, the clergyman said, of all the leading presidential candidates jostling for the election scheduled for February 25, the former Anambra state governor is the only person that appears to have had a clear understanding of what Nigeria is going through at the moment and what can be done to take the country out of the situation.

According to him, his vote might not be sufficient enough to take Peter Obi to Aso Rock but voting him(Peter Obi) is the only way he (the Pastor ) can be at rest with his conscience.

Also addressing his congregation during his ministration on Sunday, the RCCG Area Pastor who preferred to be anonymous tasked them to get their PVCs and vote for presidential candidate they will not regret voting after four years.

“As for me, I have made up my mind on whom I am voting next month and my choice is personal. Even if it means to waste my vote, I don’t care. Peter Obi is my choice for the presidential election.

“You are also entitled to pick your choice. But If you pick the wrong person and vote him in, don’t come back here and complain to me that things are hard in the country after two or three years time.” He stated.
