The Lagos Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation on Tuesday in Lagos completed its special trainings for PLWHA, Sickle – Cell Champions, as well as Women residents.
This programme is part of the efforts of the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to address the plight of vulnerable and Indigents persons in the state.
The four Weeks Short-term trainings and Empowerment programme had in attendance 250 Graduands drawn from the Surulere and Mushin settlements of the State, with each recipient receiving free start – pack, to help them commence their businesses immediately.
According to LASG officials, all initiatives were tuition Free, with participants being afforded opportunities as contributors to the economic growth of the state.
