When African Migrants Reach France, They Still Want To Dangerously Swim To Britain- Shehu Sani 

Ex- Kaduna Senator, Shehu Sani has lamented the spate at which many African Migrants are endangering their lives in their desperation to escape the economic hardship of their countries in search of greener pastures.

The right activist who represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District at the 8th Assembly revealed this development through his verified twitter handle on Saturday.

According to him, “When African migrants reached France, they still want to dangerously swim to Britain.”

Shehu Sani’s comment is coming in the wake of the “Japa” syndrome that has become a norm across the continent.

According to several reports in the media, many African youths who do not have the means to travel to Europe through the right process usually walk through the desert. On getting to the Meditarean sea, they will zboard a ship or boat to cross the sea to Spain or any available European country.

Yet, they will still not be satisfied as they will look for another means to cross to Britain.

Lamenting on the situation, Shehu Sani asked African leaders to wake up.

He wrote: “When African migrants reached france,they still want to dangerously swim to Britain;the Greener pastures in France is not green enough for them.

“African Union should wake up”
