Fast-Rising Comedian, Peteru Reportedly Dies Of Colon Cancer

Another death has been recorded in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

This time, it is the death of a Fast-Rising comedian and Master Compere, Oluwatobi Owomoyela. 

According to multiple reports that filtered online, the comic star reportedly died of Colon cancer on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.

The comedian popularly called MC Peteru reportedly came down with the disease when he was in South Africa.

On returning back to Nigeria, he tried all he can to bring himself back to wholeness but all his efforts to fight the dreaded disease failed.

An insider said he passed away on Wednesday at his family home in Ibadan.

The comedian was well known for his unique delivery in mimicking people. He was also an MC and an on-air personality in Ibadan shortly before he relocated to South Africa.
