Reactions As MC Oluomo Asks Lagosians To Sit At Home If They Won’t Vote For APC On Saturday 

While voters across the country are encouraged to come out and vote for the candidate of their choice on Saturday, the chairman of Lagos State Park and Garage Management Committee, Musiliu Akinsanya has taken a different position.

Akinsanya, fondly known as MC Oluomo while addressing a gathering in the state on Thursday advised those who are not ready to vote his party, the All Progressive Congress in the state to sit down at home and not bother to come out.

MC Oluomo who spoke in Pidgin language noted that it is not compulsory for people to vote for APC but if they can’t vote for the party, they should rather sit at hom.

The statement which was contained in a viral video was shared on social media on Thursday.

He said in Pidgin English, “We have begged them, it is not a fight if they did not vote for us. Iya Chukwudi, if you no wan vote for us, stay at home.

The statement has sparked an outrage from residents of Lagos who are calling on the state government and security Agencies to do the needful.
